Swap.p is a game created for the Palm(tm) Handheld as a test environment to explore the potential of decentralized mechanisms in a multiplayer game environment. The goal is to build a pipe system between the given start and end piece as fast as possible. To obtain useful pieces, the players have to take advantage of swapping pieces with other Swap.p players, becoming a member of a variety of different communities during the course of a game.
